HeLLo LoveliEs!
I've FINALLY decided to start a blog after much
persuasion from my friends. After all the "what gift should I get"
and "Do you think she'll like this gift?", I figured this is the
best way to share my thoughts with everyone. So I guess you'll be reading a
lot of interesting things in my life and gift suggestions.
FYI, my name is Rachel, 24 and an executive by day. After
working hours, I LOVE shopping!! Especially for gifts. It's the one thing
that I know I'm good at Nothing beats seeing their happy faces and the
satisfaction of knowing I have made the right choice! So you can imagine how
excited I was when NOEL invited me to be their resident blogger!
What else do I enjoy other than shopping? I love to eat,
read and watch Hong Kong dramas! Continue reading my blog and you will find
out more about me. I hope you will enjoy my blog and you are more than
welcomed to share interesting stories and your thoughts on my gift
recommendations.
Xoxo

"Invitation to Class of 2004
Reunion"... Emmm
I was greeted by an unexpected surprise today; a Facebook
invitation to attend "class of 2004 reunion" on Teachers' Day (7
Sept). I clicked "attending" without a second thought. Geez.. How
time flies!! It's been a good 8 years since I graduated from Secondary school
and I have not seen most of my classmates and teachers since then.
As I was looking through the list of attendees,
flashbacks of the good ol' times I had with my classmates flooded my mind.
Couldn't help but giggle to myself. Hehe! The person who made the biggest
impression on me is definitely Ms Lee. You see, I was a really shy kid in
school and it was Ms Lee who forced me to become class monitor and join the
drama club so that I'd gain more confidence. I am really grateful that she
pushed me back then because it has really shaped me to become who I am today.
It's been a while since I last met her. This gathering is
definitely a good chance for me to catch up with her again. And now that I've
started working, I really wish to take this opportunity to thank her for all
she has done for me. And you know me, what better way than to send a gift! I
remember that she has a sweet tooth and we'll never see her without a bar of
chocolate in her hands. This chocolate basket with a variety of chocolates will
definitely make her really happy. Her powerpoint slides back then were always
filled with pictures of flowers.. Especially pictures of pink and yellow
flowers. I bet those are her favourite colours.. So these bouquets will
definitely please her too.
What do you think? ;)
