Order Information
  • Orders are chargeable in Singapore currency ($SGD).
  • Order must be made at least 3 working days in advance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in Australia and Singapore.
Delivery Information
  • Delivery charges are excluded in the price of the product. (Customer service officer will contact you to advise on the amount chargeable if any).
  • Recipient's address must be correct and please kindly ensure that someone is there to receive the gift.  If for any reason recipient is not at the point of delivery, a re-delivery charge will be imposed for each subsequent attempt to deliver your orders.

    Change of Particulars
    • Any change of particulars (e.g. address, card message, and all details related to delivery) must be made within 1 working day before delivery.

    Cancellation of Order
    • Cancellation of orders must be made at least 3 working days before date of delivery.
    • A late cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the order will be imposed if the cancellation is made less than 3 working days in advance.
    • There will be no refunds in the event the delivery has already been made.
    • In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.



    Substitution and Policy
    • Noel reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability.
    • Prices are subject to change on festive seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year and Other big festives.
    • Fresh Fruits are dependent on seasonal availability.  



    Exchanges / Refunds
    • All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

      Please note that there are no loyalty points allocated to the purchase of gifts that are to be delivered outside Singapore.
      Corporate benefits do not apply to international orders.
