Hong Kong Delivery Terms and Conditions

Orders are chargeable in Singapore currency ($SGD).

Orders must be made 3 working days in advance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in both Hong Kong and Singapore.

Delivery costs for all Hong Kong deliveries will apply. Please refer to the delivery cost table for Hong Kong below.

Delivery costs are excluded in the price of the product.

Deliveries of chosen items are subject to availability at time of purchase. Substitution may occur on some occasions.

There will be no administrative charge for cancellations.

Cancellations have to be made 48 hours in advance before delivery.

A late cancellation fee of 30% of the cost of the order will be imposed if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance.

There will be no refunds in the event the delivery has already been made.

In the event that the wrong recipient address was provided and a delivery was made, a fee of SGD$35.00 have to be imposed for the order to be re-delivered to the correct address.

Please note that there are no loyalty points allocated to the purchase of gifts that are to be delivered outside Singapore.

Corporate benefits do not apply to international orders.
