Indonesia-Jakarta Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery Information
Orders are chargeable in Singapore currency ($SGD).
Order must be made at least 3 working days in advance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in Jakarta and Singapore.
Delivery charges are excluded in the price of the product. (Customer service officer will contact you to advise on the amount chargeable if any).
Recipient's address must be correct and please kindly ensure that someone is there to receive the gift. If for any reason recipient is not at the point of delivery , a re-delivery charge will be imposed for each subsequent attempt to deliver your orders.
Change of Particulars
Any change of particulars (e.g. address, card message, and all details related to delivery) must be made within 1 working day before delivery.
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of orders must be made at least 3 working days before date of delivery.
A late cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the order will be imposed if the cancellation is made less than 3 working days in advance.
There will be no refunds in the event the delivery has already been made.
In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.
Substitution and Policy
Noel reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability.
Prices are subject to change on festive seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year and Other big festives.
Fresh Fruits are dependent on seasonal availability.
Exchanges / Refunds
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Please note that there are no loyalty points allocated to the purchase of gifts that are to be delivered outside Singapore.
Corporate benefits do not apply to international orders.
