Johor Bahru Delivery Terms and Conditions

Orders are chargeable in Singapore currency ($SGD).

For addresses within the free delivery zone, kindly allow a minimum of 3 working days for delivery. (working days excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday of Singapore & Johor Bahru).

For addresses out of the free delivery zone, kindly allow a minimum of 5 working days for delivery. (working days excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday of Singapore & Johor Bahru).

Deliveries of chosen items are subject to availability at time of purchase. Substitution
may occur on some occasions.

There will be a 50% administrative charge for cancellations made before a delivery.

There will be no refunds in the event the delivery has already been made.

In the event that the wrong recipient address was provided and a delivery was made, a fee have to be imposed for the order to be re-delivered to the correct address.

Please note that there are no loyalty points allocated to the purchase of gifts that are to be delivered outside Singapore.

Corporate benefits do not apply to international orders.

Free Delivery Zone

Kindly note that addresses out of the delivery zone (but within JB) are subject to delivery charges. Customers will be advised on the exact delivery charges by our customer service team upon receiving the order.
