Responsibilities:

  • Handles all incoming enquiries via website, email, phone, social media and other platforms.
  • Coordinate and process all sales enquiries and orders.
  • Ensure all enquiries and orders via e-commerce platforms are carefully executed according to customers' request.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers pertaining to website ordering.
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues pertaining to eCommerce orders.
  • Play a role in improving and structuring internal work processes.
  • Assist in managing, maintaining and improving the company's website
    • □ Includes uploading of new products / add-on items, monitoring stock availability, delivery/lead time settings, etc.
  • Ad-hoc marketing-related tasks.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum O level education/Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma (preferred).
  • Preferably 1 year related experience.
  • Preferably conversationally bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Good command of written English.
  • Able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure.
  • Good team player with competence communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Literate.
