1. Why is Noel Gifts Rewards Corner being discontinued?
As part of our commitment to enhance your experience with us, we’re phasing out the Noel Gifts Rewards Corner to make room for more meaningful and exciting offerings in the near future.

2. When will the Rewards Corner be officially discontinued?
Noel Gifts Rewards Corner will be officially discontinued on 25 June 2025.

3. Can I still earn points before the programme ends?
Yes, you can continue to earn points from qualifying purchases made up to and including 25 June 2025.

4. When is the last day I can redeem my points?
You can redeem your accumulated points until 30 June 2025. After this date, any unused points will expire.

5. What happens if I don’t redeem my points in time?
Any points not redeemed by 30 June 2025 will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated. Please contact your friendly account manager if you have any questions on redemption.

6. How can I check my remaining reward points balance?

7. Will there be a new rewards programme?
