1. Telesales Officer - Full-Time/Part-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
  • Calling out on targeted list generated by Telesales Manager to follow up on their needs and maintain a close rapport with them.
  • Providing excellent customer service and generate inbound sales.
  • Responsible for all order processing including daily Flowers & Gifts orders, free gifts entitlements during F&G, Season Orders and all entities.
  • Keying in information and remarks of customers into the CRM system.
  • Maintain customer database.

 

Requirements:

  • GCE “O” Level
  • Min 1 year of relevant experience in telesales and customer service operations in flowers & Gifts industry
  • Must be conversationally bilingual in English and Chinese language in order to liaise with our English and Chinese speaking customers
  • Good knowledge of customer service and contact centre best practices
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for talking to customer

 

2. E-Commerce Executive - Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute strategies to increase Customer Engagements and Stickiness and drive Customer lifetime value.
  • Relationship building with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding customers and their purchase behaviour.
  • Maintain website with accuracy and updated inventory and information.
  • Manage sales and promotion on e-commerce platform.
  • Formulate email marketing strategies to generate and nurture email leads.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business / Marketing or related
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Customer –oriented with good organisation skills
  • Good understanding of e-commerce platform such as Qoo10 and Lazada
  • Familiar with HTML and Photoshop would be an added advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines.

 

3. Product & Services Officer - Full-Time

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collating data from variety sources and generate it into reports
  • Provide general administrative support duties such as data compilation, documentation and filing etc
  • Perform data entry and inventory check
  • Ensure cost optimisation in the development of creative elements of prototypes and the overall management of the team budget
  • Managing supplier relationship to build a mutually beneficial partnerships and collaborations
  • Meeting the needs of internal stakeholders (i.e. sales, marketing, operations)

 

Requirements:

  • At least GCE ‘N’ Level and above
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Keen interest and knowledge of lifestyle trends
  • Good Administrative and meticulous
  • Able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)

 

4. Retail Operations Executive/Officer - Full-Time

Responsibilities:

    • Execute retail sales strategies and plans to drive sales, monitor retail financials.
    • Implement operational standards and oversee operations at all retail stores to ensure all stores are maintained according to operational standards and Business Units' brand guidelines
    • Gather retail sales trends to provide reports, forecasts and recommendations to the Retail Operations Manager
    • Work closely with marketing and retail staff to integrate retail as part of the group’s omni-channel approach to delighting customers

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management or related fields
  • Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in overseeing at least two retail stores
  • Proven record in driving retail sales targets
  • Experience in the floral/gifts industry preferred
  • Good knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Strong customer-centric personality and business acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly driven and results-oriented
  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate without relevant experience are encouraged to apply

 

5. Special Projects Executive(Wine) - Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and compile it into useful market report to better assist the Manager, Special Projects in executing and achieving Special Projects Team’s Key Result Areas.
  • Analyse the e-commerce environment and strategize it to create new sales opportunities to market our products and services to new clients.
  • Explore new sales opportunities through interpreting and understand the market behaviour in order to achieve the desired results in promoting our products and services to potential clients.
  • Convert potential opportunities into new business development.
  • Create our products and services awareness in competition against our competitor
  • Manage customer relationships throughout project to manage customer expectations
  • Liaise and maintain working relationship with current clients to develop new sales opportunity
  • Evaluate sales outcome and compile it into market reports for existing and new business development opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Prepare the required documents for partnership evaluations and negotiations.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience in co-ordinating an event especially in the wine and spirit industry
  • Well-versed in the E-commerce strategy and development functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent in Photoshop and Illustration software application
  • Basic knowledge in photography
  • Able to perform basic general administrative work.
