Order Policy

  • All orders placed online will receive a 6-digit order reference number with an “Order Received” acknowledgement via email. You are encouraged to check the email to ensure all order details provided are accurate.
    (To ensure that you will receive the email confirmation successfully, kindly include orders@noel.com.sg in your address book.)
  • You may monitor your order status on our homepage with the order reference number. Orders that are in the midst of delivery will be indicated as “Delivery in Process” and updated as “Delivery Complete” upon successful delivery.

    To protect your privacy on the order information, only the postal code is displayed for reference

  • For any changes on the order or delivery information, please use the Customer Service Inquiry Form or contact the E-Commerce Team at (65) 6299 1155 at least 24 hours before delivery.
  • Due to an increase in cost of fresh flowers like Roses, Tulips, Lilies, etc in February, all affected orders placed for delivery between 1 to 15 Feb will be subjected to an increase in price. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you for the price difference and seek your advice to proceed with the order at the increased price or to have the flowers replaced at the usual price.

Alcohol / Alcoholic Products

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to register and to purchase alcohol within Singapore and on Noel Gifts’ website.
    By placing an order on Noel Gifts’ website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. In the event that you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18,
    Noel Gifts reserves the right to institute legal proceedings against you to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that changes to your personal details are updated immediately.
  • Noel Gifts reserves the right to suspend or cancel your registration without prior notice.

Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery

  • With effect from 1 February 2023, the standard delivery charge will be at S$10.36 (incl. GST) per recipient per single location.
  • An additional surcharge for orders with delivery to Mandai Crematorium, Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Jurong Island and restricted airline and cargo areas such as Airport Cargo Complex and Airline Road has been revised to S$21.80 (inc. GST). Due to security regulations imposed on these areas (other than Sentosa), we may need to contact the recipient in advance to apply for a special delivery pass for our driver to make the delivery.
  • We seek for your kind understanding that requests for specific delivery times and deliveries within short time frames (10am – 11am) cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the drivers’ delivery routes scheduled for that day. An express delivery is recommended instead.

98-min Express Delivery

  • For urgent orders or orders with short time frames, we suggest that you consider our 98-min express delivery at a nominal charge of S$19.62 (incl. GST). Please note that the service is subjected to the drivers' availability. Please contact Noel Gifts at (65) 6299 1155 to check with our friendly Internet Customer Service Officer for the availability of the service.


  • Please ensure that the recipient's address is correct and that someone is available to receive the gift. In the event that the recipient is not around, the gift will be returned to the office and arranged for another delivery date and time. A touch-up and re-delivery fee of up to 50% of the original selling price may be applicable.
